I think this case is a lifelong Drama of California’s not one, but TWO rich brats who after murdering their own parents claimed they feared their father and mother would murder them in cold blood which was a concocted DECEPTION to get sympathy from the Jury as rich brats who carried out a pre-planned WHACKING then moved on to the next phase which was to garner sympathy from any juror they could sucker but none did cause the Jurors had far more intellect than current Prosecutor who mistakenly believed that the statutes of the State of California are a rubber band which can be stretched to penalize one whilst shrunk to lessen the murder penalty of another even if a double homicide
Homicide is like a sex crime, very heinous by barbaric nature because it is a crime which takes place against the BODY of another and cannot be taken back so what the statues reflect upon is the ultimate FINALITY of the crime in question and if you are going to be cutting them loose, might as well vacate entire death row cause what’s the point of making homicide against the law if for gruesome double murder 35 year vacation is all there is to it from the penal aspect
*Stateless Warrior hereby advises American prosecutor states herein immediately resign from his post and practice LAW in defense capacity because he is UNFIT to serve as prosecutor! Leniency for violent criminals CONVICTED of heinous murder is tantamount to KILLING JUSTICE!

Stead of moving out brothers from Hell decided to kill both their parents and they carried out their heinous killing in the most savage brutal way imaginable and for that no amount of ELAPSED TIME can suffice as adequate payment for it and moreover; the prosecutor is setting a precedent here by virtue of leniency which states to all other children that if they murder their parents in cold blood after only 35 years the State of California will consider your heinous double murder COMPLETEKY PAID FOR IN FULL and that is tantamount to murdering the victims of this double homicide
AGAIN and AGAIN TWICE in the Courtroom where Justice is DEAD because Menéndez Brothers pulled a Con on the prosecutor who as seen here has fallen like a sucker on this DOUBLE CON!
Menéndez brothers are vicious cold blooded killers who need to remain in penal confinement for the rest of their natural lives but not to ever be GRANTED PARDON for their double homicide!
To sum it up in layman’s terms, the prosecutor here just carried out a heinous homicide of JUSTICE so the ONLY QUESTION HERE is WHO will do the autopsy here on the ictim?
Every Hills is a paradise for wealthy folks and their rich brats even get cut loose after ONLY 35 years in the slammer by the recommendation of the prosecutor because their mommy and daddy need to be murdered again because in California heinous killers are the real victims. Two grown ass MEN who were never told NO felt threatened by their mommy and daddy who they could have overpowered with a single FIST and then conspired to BLOW THEIR PARENTS BRAINS OUT because BEVERLY HILLS POLICE were WAY TOO HARD TO SUMMON!
